Jun 17, 2018

Michael Grose of Connaught GC in Medicine Hat and Lethbridge's Chelsea Joseph captured the first McLennan Ross Tour event titles of the season today at the Henderson Lake Junior Open in Lethbridge. Henderson Lake Jr Open Shortened to 18 Holes

Jun 16, 2018

You can't fight Mother Nature! With just over half the field have commenced play today at Henderson Lake GC in Lethbridge, thunder and lightning and rain moved in rapidly, forcing the suspension of play, and eventually the cancellation of the opening 18 holes of their 36-hole Junior Open. This was certainly a disappointment for the players, but it just wasn't safe to be out on the golf course. After about a 90-minute delay, with the rain pelting down and lightning flashes still in the area, we felt the best and certainly the safest course of action was to wash out today's round, shorten the event to 18 holes on Sunday, and send everyone home. Tee times commence at noon tomorrow.

Code of Conduct

The McLennan Ross Junior Golf Tour takes great pride in the quality of its competitors, its host facilities, and the support provided by our Corporate Partners. The efforts of the administrative staff and the volunteers that go into making the Tour so successful demand a very high standard of behavior and decorum from the competitors. We have therefore developed a formal Code of Coduct modeled on that of Alberta Golf that provides a set of guidelines for the young men and women that wish to compete in McLennan Ross Junior Golf Tour events.
