Bossert, Wingnean Winners at Black Bull

Aug 17, 2017

Jarrett Bossert of Belvedere defeated Devin Kucy on the first hole of a sudden victory playoff this afternoon to capture the Black Bull Junior Open. It was Bossert's second win of the 2017 McLennan Ross Junior Golf Tour season, coming on the heels of his inaugural Tour win a couple of weeks ago at Goose Hummock. Wingnean continued her stellar play on the Tour over the last month, and widened her now insurmountable lead in the Srixon Order of Merit standings with a 81 today, three shots ahead of Jessica Marks of Country Hills in Calgary. Another Sweep for Wingnean and de Graaf at Blackhawk

Aug 15, 2017

Six days ago, Ethan de Graaf of the Royal Mayfair shot 69 to win a McLennan Ross Junior Golf tournament on a superbly conditioned golf course in the southwest part of Edmonton, while Kaitlyn Wingnean of the Derrick won the junior girls' division. This morning, it was deja vu all over again when de Graaf (69 again!) and Wingnean (81 today) duplicated their tag team efforts last Wednesday at the Edmonton Petroleum Club a few miles south at Blackhawk, another spectacular golf course in the southwest part of the city. What a wonderful junior golf experience for the 65 players on hand today. Full results will be on the Tour website by 6 pm this evening. More »

Code of Conduct

The McLennan Ross Junior Golf Tour takes great pride in the quality of its competitors, its host facilities, and the support provided by our Corporate Partners. The efforts of the administrative staff and the volunteers that go into making the Tour so successful demand a very high standard of behavior and decorum from the competitors. We have therefore developed a formal Code of Coduct modeled on that of Alberta Golf that provides a set of guidelines for the young men and women that wish to compete in McLennan Ross Junior Golf Tour events.
