Vanderham and Kelly Shine in Innisfail

Aug 08, 2011

Two personal bests were set today in the Innisfail Junior Open as the host club's Cara Vanderham and Willow Park's J.T. Kelly each fired personal bests in competition this afternoon. Vanderham breezed around the tight and treacherous Innisfail layout in 75 shots, her career-low in competition and not to be outdone on the boys' side, Kelly shot an outstanding 1-under par 71. Although not the low scores on Tour this year for either junior boys or girls, each round has to be considered among the best so far this year given the difficulty of the Innisfail course. Full results will be on the website tonight by 9:30 p.m.

Code of Conduct

The McLennan Ross Junior Golf Tour takes great pride in the quality of its competitors, its host facilities, and the support provided by our Corporate Partners. The efforts of the administrative staff and the volunteers that go into making the Tour so successful demand a very high standard of behavior and decorum from the competitors. We have therefore developed a formal Code of Coduct modeled on that of Alberta Golf that provides a set of guidelines for the young men and women that wish to compete in McLennan Ross Junior Golf Tour events.
